May 29th, 2007 at 00:10This is genuine.
I’m prepared to sign an affidavit to attest that this information is presented here as I found it in my server’s log file.
With this IP address, the people named in sa male prostitute’s blog can ask a court to order Internet Solutions to divulge the identity of the person using their IP at that date and time.

This is going to be interesting – well sleuthed, Sherlock.

May 30th, 2007 at 06:48To me, his actions are evasive and show him to be untrustworthy.
I don’t have a lot of confidence believing what he says.

May 30th, 2007 at 10:43it is important to note that he told the media that he was CURRENTLY in Australia that was per email only a few hours before the post of Richard about the IP. Then AFTER the post of Richard he had damage control to do so said he was on a 7 day trip in South Africa.
Now suddenly he posted Juan Uys as one of his well respected clients. He also call Juan Uys a gay activist. I have never heard anyone who know Juan call him well respected.
Do yourself a favour and call any gay organisation in South Africa and ask them yourself what do they think of Juan Uys or the GLA. He has NEVER been recognised by ANY gay organisation and never proven to have even one supporter. He was known as the one man with a fax machine

May 30th, 2007 at 15:16With regulations of SA – the only time Internet Solutions will reveal the identity of the user of that IP is if a criminal case is opened at the SAPS and they SAPS delivers a section 205 subpoena to Internet Solutions. That will take months. Sometimes criminals “privacy” is protected more than us normal folk!

Here’s a new report about James Small apparently laying a charge:

June 3rd, 2007 at 09:20Well done RC! Either way this is going to make for fun reading: if Male P is NOT Juan Uys a lot of people have a lot of explaining to do. If Male P IS Juan Uys (which we ALL know it is) I hope he has the crap sued out of him LOL. The wheel turns, and Juan, I think you may have finally pushed things to far in the arrogant, self-important way only you can.

June 3rd, 2007 at 12:18People keep mentioning the same suspect. That IS slander because you have no proof of it.
I think everyone who keeps pointing the finger needs to realise that this idea has been seeded into the SA Blogosphere by Belinda aka Magnum PI, who refuses to divulge her true identity and who she works for.
I have no interest in the people who have a personal hard-on for this particular person. Their issues with him are not my problem.
This thing is not about them and their problems.
This is about a blogger whose identity is unknown at this stage.
