I'm going to figure out how to implement some of your "code's" ideas for my own blog. But I also agree that if you're willing to put in the time to dropping and commenting, you will not only get the higher number of credits to enable you to advertise on more expensive sites, but promise things like refunding credits if there are zero clickthroughs. It's funny - I've never clicked on my own ads anywhere, nor have I clicked another person's ad on my blog - those both seem to wrong, somehow, although I'm sure it happens which is why Entrecard puts those warnings about "grade" or click inflation. Good to see that ethical bloggers exist - and I think I'm one of them, although you definitely have a very defined version of this. I also routinely amass over 500 EC credits a day which allows me to advertise on the more expensive blogs.
